The beautifully bred Sweet Chariot didn’t stay 7f as a juvenile but it could be a different story at three. She was last seen winning a nursery at Fairyhouse in September and the handicapper has put her up 7lb as a result. There should be loads more to come and this progressive sort can go in again.

Los Angeles wasn’t too far from the top of the tree as a three-year-old and it’s a big plus that he’s been kept in training. This son of Camelot won a Group 2 Derby trial over course and distance last term and achieved Classic success in the Irish Derby. It’ll be disappointing if he isn’t bang in the mix.
